Sadé & Adam Origin Story
Back in 2015, Sadé and Adam met working in boutique fitness in SoHo, NYC. After the two collaborated for years together on various projects, including group fitness workshops in Manhattan, living and teaching together in Beverly Hills and the Hamptons, a relationship based off the mutual love of exciting, quality workouts flourished. Being the challenge seekers and big dreamers that they are, the prospect of opening a business together was always a half-joke half-serious topic. Until 2024, when Sadé's family was relocated to Colorado Springs, Adam's hometown, and Kahlé was born. Adam and Sadé cannot wait to bring their passion for movement and group fitness to the Front Range and to build a community of likeminded challenge seekers and dreamers.
